So, I'll share one of my favorite birthday memories. I prepared big for Little Bit's First Birthday. It was a wonderful, small family gathering. When it was time to give Little Bit full access to his cake, we all held our breath and prayed that he would tear it up! At first, he wasn't quite sure what to do. He inspected the cake and stuck a few fingers in it. So Daddy picked it up to get him get a better look and all of the sudden Little Bit just leaned over and stuck his face in the cake, taking a big bite! It was fabulous! A birthday memory that I will surely never forget.
